Refund policy

Returns (for Website Orders Only)

We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return most items within 28 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and in resaleable condition.

  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns are at your own cost, and we don’t arrange collections.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, please email support_uk@flybaby.berlin. We’ll then send you instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

If you have any questions, our Customer Service Team is always happy to help.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may ask for photos to help us confirm the issue before arranging a replacement or refund. In some cases, the manufacturer may contact you directly to resolve the issue faster.


 

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the quickest way is to:

  1. Return the unwanted product (following the steps above), and

  2. Place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll process your refund as normal.


 

Refund Process

We’ll notify you by email once your return is received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees.

Please note:

  • Refunds can take a few days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • If your returned item isn’t in “as new” condition, we may deduct an amount to reflect its reduced value (e.g., if packaging or accessories are missing).

  • If the product has been used or handled beyond what would be acceptable in a shop, we may refuse the refund.

  • Delivery upgrades (e.g., express shipping) are non-refundable.


 

🎁 Free Gifts

If your purchase included a free gift or promotional item, it must also be returned (unused and in its original packaging) to receive a full refund, credit, or exchange.
If the free gift isn’t returned, we’ll deduct its retail value from your refund.
