UK Delivery

We offer FREE Next Day Delivery on all orders over £30.
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day via DPD.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Information

Delivery Attempts:
If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, please follow the re-delivery instructions from your courier. Unclaimed parcels are returned to us, and re-delivery charges will apply before your order is resent.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, payment checks, or address issues. DPD Next Day services are 96% reliable but cannot be guaranteed. We recommend ordering in advance to avoid disappointment.
Addresses:
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before checkout. We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes because a signature is required.
Multiple Shipments:
Each order can be shipped to one address only. To send items to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days. We may request photos before arranging a replacement or refund.

Important Notes

We do everything possible to get your order to you quickly and safely. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it’s in the care of the courier - but we’ll always help you track and resolve any delivery issues if they arise.
